IRPS has several functions, one of which is to provide PBEM games for it's members to participate in. The PBEMs are individually owned and run by the game master. IRPS only acts as a medium to connect gamers to PBEMs. If you're interested in learning more about PBEMs, i.e. rules, procedures, etc. a PBEM FAQ concerning PBEM gaming is available from this site.
